Born in Kailua-Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii, Kaleo Wassman is one of reggae-rock's most beloved musicians, songwriters, and collaborators. Best known as a founding member of the internationally known band Pepper, Kaleo is a creative savant working as a music producer and touring musician. Off-stage, Kaleo is a vocal wellness advocate through yoga, healthy eating, and holistic living alongside his partner Melanie. Together, they have created “Rebel & Muse”, a lifestyle brand that workshops the concept of Unity through the forms of yoga workshops, healthy eating, various forms of mental health practices and festival retreats.
